About the position: Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team due to increasing demand. You’ll work across a clinic-based caseload and have the option to deliver mobile/community visits across Melbourne’s western suburbs (areas and travel radius can be agreed based on your preferences). Caseload mix Predominantly NDIS participants Some Home Care and private clients Mainly adults , with paediatric clients available based on your comfort and experience Typical services include Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) Assistive Technology (AT) recommendations and trials Home modifications and environmental assessments Reporting and NDIS documentation This role suits an OT who is independent, solutions-focused, and confident communicating with participants, families, and stakeholders. If you’re a senior clinician, there’s genuine scope to step into an OT Lead position and build out the OT offering over time.
